Update .gitignore to exclude .cursor file, modify version in FyneApp.toml from 2.4.16 to 2.4.15, and increment build number to 4. Update QUIC stream handling in proxy and netstack modules to include context timeouts and cancel read operations, addressing potential blocking issues. Remove obsolete fix plan markdown file.
