Add /local to .gitignore and perform a major refresh of copilot-models.md. The models doc now uses a local/model.json snapshot as data source, updates deduplication rules, and restructures content: introduces alias->version mapping, splits Picker vs non-Picker models, adds new capability columns (Max Images, 图像格式, adaptive_thinking), revises access/plan tables (adds Premium), moves historical entries to reflect the local snapshot, and rewrites embedding and tokenizer sections. This is a documentation/data-structure update only (no code changes).
Add .gitignore to ignore .DS_Store and perform a large overhaul of copilot-models.md: refresh model snapshot (2026-03-08), remove/condense obsolete fields, reorganize into categorized tables (chat/completion, capabilities, selectors/access limits, embeddings, tokenizer), add history section for removed entries, and update many model entries and metadata for clarity and consistency.
