Kir Kolyshkin 67840cce4b Enable gofumpt extra rules
Commit b2f8a74d "clothed" the naked return as inflicted by gofumpt
v0.9.0. Since gofumpt v0.9.2 this rule was moved to "extra" category,
not enabled by default. The only other "extra" rule is to group adjacent
parameters with the same type, which also makes sense.

Enable gofumpt "extra" rules, and reformat the code accordingly.

Kir Kolyshkin 9ff64c3d97 *: rm redundant linux build tag
For files that end with _linux.go or _linux_test.go, there is no need to
specify linux build tag, as it is assumed from the file name.

In addition, rename libcontainer/notify_linux_v2.go -> libcontainer/notify_v2_linux.go
for the file name to make sense.

Kir Kolyshkin e6048715e4 Use gofumpt to format code
gofumpt (mvdan.cc/gofumpt) is a fork of gofmt with stricter rules.

Brought to you by

	git ls-files \*.go | grep -v ^vendor/ | xargs gofumpt -s -w

Looking at the diff, all these changes make sense.

Also, replace gofmt with gofumpt in golangci.yml.

Kir Kolyshkin 9a3e632625 notify: simplify usage
Instead of passing the whole map of paths, pass the path to the memory
controller which these functions actually require.

Tobias Klauser da4cebcfe2 libcontainer: use Eventfd() from x/sys/unix
Use unix.Eventfd() instead of calling manually reimplementing it using
the raw syscall. Also use the correct corresponding unix.EFD_CLOEXEC
flag instead of unix.FD_CLOEXEC (which can have a different value on
some architectures and thus might lead to unexpected behavior).

Christy Perez 3d7cb4293c Move libcontainer to x/sys/unix
Since syscall is outdated and broken for some architectures,
use x/sys/unix instead.

There are still some dependencies on the syscall package that will
remain in syscall for the forseeable future:

Errno
Signal
SysProcAttr

Additionally:
- os still uses syscall, so it needs to be kept for anything
returning *os.ProcessState, such as process.Wait.

Ido Yariv 55a8d686a9 libcontainer: Add support for memcg pressure notifications
It may be desirable to receive memory pressure levels notifications
before the container depletes all memory. This may be useful for
handling cases where the system thrashes when reaching the container's
memory limits.
